Accessories I found most helpful

I will start with the Heart rate monitor I purchased. I had seen others say the heart rate monitor peloton sells was not reliable so I went with the Scosche Rhythm+. I haven't had any problems with it. The charge last pretty go. I have no idea if it is very accurate but it connects with the peloton bike and that was all I was going for! If you sign up for email/ text with scosche your can get a discount.

Next is this little attachment that lets you swivel the screen on the bike (so your don't have to buy the more expensive bike, your welcome!) 360 Degree Aviation Aluminum Screen Monitor Adjuster

Next is the handle bar towel cover and sweat towel. This is probable one of those things that is a personal preference but I have had this one my bike ever since I got it. And I don't notice my hands getting sweaty. The towel is an added bonus.

At first I didn't think I needed a fan because I wasn't afraid to sweat but then I realized a fan helps to cool you so that you can push harder. This is the fan I bought.

I bought this Sklz handheld muscle roller massage stick when I started running and I like to roll my legs before and after I ride. I feel like it helps my legs be less sore. I do my quads, hamstrings, and calves. Me demonstrating

This would defiantly be a personal preference I bought this mat sweat towel that goes on top of your bike mat and collects your sweat. I don't think I have done an intense enough ride to see if it is really beneficial.

Not as helpful accessories

I liked the idea of this sweat wrap that goes on the bike to protect the frame. But I didn't find it very helpful because it doesn't cover enough, but I do still have it on my bike.

Didn't work for me

First is this cushion bike seat cover. I wanted to do whatever I could to make the seat more comfortable, But I found it to be more annoying. For me the cushion moved around to much.

And next is the padded bike shorts they were just uncomfortable. Definitely don't recommend using them with the seat cushion.

I would say it took about a week or so to get my butt used to the bike seat. I decided to stop using both after my first time trying and decide to just tough if out.

If you made it this far I hope you found it helpful and know this is just my personal opinion and everyone is different!
