Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to the United States.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship between 2-4 business days (not including weekends or holidays). But it all depends on the items you order some just have to be packaged and other still have to be made. And once a package leaves my hands I have no control on when it will be delivered.
How do I track my order?
Once an order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. So if you have not received an email that means your order is not shipped. You can also use the shop app to track your order.
Returns
How do I return an item?
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@happiestmomentsdecor.com . If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying for return shipping label, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How long does it take to process my return?
Honestly it comes down to how long it takes for us to receive the item back. We will begin processing the return on the next business day after we receive the package.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
Can I exchange for a different item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
General
Can you do custom orders?
At this time I am not accepting any custom orders. I have tried to do customs in the past and ended up wasting my time designing items and people not purchasing.
What material are the towels?
The towels are a waffle weave material. I only use these towels and I do not have any other types of towels. With the process of sublimation I have to use items with hight polyester counts.
Do you make other size headbands?
Sorry I only make women/teen headbands.
Will the towel design come off or peel?
The towels designs are added to the towel with the process of sublimation. The ink is adhered in to the fabric. The design may fade some after washing, but it won't peel like vinyl.
Do the towels have special care instructions?
Yes a care tag is sewn on to the towels as well. Machine wash cold, don't use bleach or fabric softener, for best results hang to dry.
Can I use the towels in the bathroom?
You are welcome to use your towel wherever you would like! it can be used just as a decoration or you can dry your hands with it.
